In partnership with Petrie Ventures, LLC, we are proud to be the construction team behind the Sunset Wharf Duplex Community, a premier waterfront residential development in Stevensville, Maryland located at the Bay Bridge Marina. Also completing the renovation of Libbey's Coastal Kitchen, transforming one of the Eastern Shore's most recognizable waterfront dining destinations into a refreshed space that complements its stunning Chesapeake Bay setting.
